Training the Best to Be the Best

Extensive training starts day one and continues through out the driver’s career at FDS.

Regardless of past experience all drivers complete an extensive training program which includes classroom training, training with a driver trainer, Smith Systems training, and all required Hazmat training.

Drivers complete monthly training to include regular face to face safety meetings, tailgate meetings, and online training. This allows FDS to keep drivers and management updated on process changes, training, and customer needs.
